After my lengthy absence due to my horribly busy schedule I am back, thankfully.
The summer period is always notoriously slow for videogames. Usually the major summer releases are all film tie-ins that are all shameless cash-ins. Luckily for me I have been able to look forward to Autumn’s release schedule and preview some of the more interesting titles that will be keeping us warm over the winter months.
I have been looking at Tom Clancy’s Endwar, an excellent title that is hoping to bring playability to the RTS genre on consoles, PixelJunk Eden a brilliant progressive platformer on PSN and Velvet Assassin, an intriguing WWII stealth shooter from German developer RePlay. I also reviewed RooGoo a charming puzzler on Xbox Live Arcade.
